NEEHI Postgraduate Symposium
On 19 May, NEEHI will be holding its fourth annual symposium in the Lit and Phil in Newcastle - 2 minutes walk from the railway station. This is an opportunity for postgrads to share their research ideas with their counterparts across the NE through short (5-10 minute) presentations. NEEHI's Visiting Fellow, Professor Keith Wrightson (University of Yale), who always offers extremely constructive feedback, will attend. In previous years some useful connections have been made between postgrads across the NE working in similar areas. But, above all, it is extremely informal.
